I have helped relocate families from as far away as different parts of Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Florida and Puerto Rico. You could say relocation is a specialty of mine.

I have placed families in homes on or adjacent to most of the golf areas in town. Finding second homes, winter homes and retirement homes are also areas of experience and expertise.

I have placed many families who are active duty military in homes here, mostly Air Force, due to a large presence of folks at Davis Monthan AFB here in town. Lots of experience with VA home purchases.

My job is to find my clients the perfect home, In their area of choice, on their terms and with their requirements satisfied. Since I don't have to worry about sellers pressuring me my clients always get just what they need and want.

This is a BUYERS market.I actually want you to compare agents, experience and level of personal service. This is important! I am told that 78% of agents in town have 18 months experience or less. In a BUYERS market, with many possibly overpriced sellers, and potentially great buying opportunities, this is definitely not the time to work with someone who lacks A LOT of experience!

Since I NEVER represent sellers, I don't do typical real estate "Farming", only specializing in a few areas. I simply go where my clients need to find a house. I get to see a LOT more homes and neighborhoods that way, and because I never work with sellers, I don't have to accidently create a conflict of interest between my buyer and a seller.

I'm the only agent in Tucson that works this way. Residential sales only, resale or new construction, all over town! I do a lot of new construction so I know which builders to visit and which to drive by. This knowledge is also very helpful with resale neighborhoods.
