walk-through - the final physical inspection of a property prior to closing escrow by a buyer, or to taking possession by a tenant. The purpose of the walk-through is often limited to determining that the property is in the same condition as that contemplated in the contract, that nothing material has been removed, and that any agreed-upon repairs have been made. See also inspection.
